Every Ainsley Harlow order is packed with care and dispatched quickly so your new pieces reach you without delay. Here's a full breakdown of how shipping works.
Processing & Delivery Times — United States, Canada, Australia & Select European Countries
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Delivery Time: 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after dispatch
- Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 4–8 business days
Order Cutoff
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed at or after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders
- No minimum purchase required
Every order ships with tracking so you can monitor your package from warehouse to doorstep.

We currently deliver to the following countries:
United States, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
Carriers
We ship through trusted logistics partners, including:
- USPS (Priority Mail)
- UPS (Ground)
- FedEx (Ground / Home Delivery)
The carrier assigned to your order depends on your destination and available services at the time of dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
Delays & Disruptions
The majority of orders arrive within the estimated window. From time to time, delays can happen due to:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- High order volumes during busy periods
- Other circumstances outside our control
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we'll let you know as soon as we can.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as "Delivered" but you're unable to find it:
- Check with household members, neighbours, or your local carrier depot.
- Contact the carrier directly to raise an enquiry.
- Get in touch with us at support@ainsleyharlow.com and we'll help where we can.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll review the case and arrange a suitable resolution.
