How It Started

We wanted clothing that didn't try too hard.

Ainsley Harlow came from a simple frustration — too many brands force you to choose between looking good and feeling comfortable. We wanted both, without compromise.

We build pieces for the days that don't come with a plan. The weekend trips, the long lunches, the evenings that start with a drink and end somewhere unexpected. Clothes that look put-together without ever feeling stiff.

What We Focus On

It always starts with the fabric.

We favour natural materials — linen, cotton, soft-washed blends — chosen for how they feel on skin and how they hold up over time. No stiff collars, no scratchy seams, no pieces that need ten washes before they're comfortable.

Our collections stay intentionally small. A few styles, done properly, in colours and cuts that work together without overthinking it.

Where are your pieces made? +

We work with a small network of trusted manufacturers across Europe and Asia. Every factory is vetted for quality and working conditions. We maintain long-term relationships with each partner — we don't jump between suppliers to chase the cheapest option.

What materials do you use? +

Primarily natural fibres — linen, cotton, and soft-washed cotton blends. We choose materials based on how they feel against skin, how they drape, and how they age. Every fabric is tested for shrinkage, colour retention, and durability before production.

How should I care for my pieces? +

Most pieces are machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying where possible — it's better for the fabric and helps pieces keep their shape. Specific care instructions are on every garment label and product page.

Do you offer international shipping? +

Yes. We ship free to the United States, Canada, Australia, and select European countries including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, and every order includes tracked shipping.

What's your return policy? +

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is on us.
